Thursday 22 April 2010 - 9.00am-12.00pm "Grow your business with social media". This workshop will show you how to use free social media tools like Facebook and Twitter to benefit your business. For example, increasing sales and improving communication with your customers.

Thursday 13 May 2010 - 9.00am-12.00pm "Blogs and Websites For Small Businesses". This workshop will show small business owners the options available for setting up a blog or website. These include a free method of setting up a new blog or website that can be created and maintained without technical skills. The session will also demonstrate how to use blogs and websites to obtain maximum benefits for a business.
